October NexTeams Spotlight: Brandi Ladd
Nexstar’s Call Center Management MeetUps are free monthly calls between members of customer service teams and Nexstar customer experience coaches. Anyone can join a call! These MeetUps are a great opportunity for call center managers to come together with their peers and problem-solve issues that they might be experiencing on the job.
To end the last quarter of 2024, we’re highlighting one amazing member who has led a MeetUp session over the last year!
We sat down with Brandi Ladd, Customer Experience Coordinator at Four Star Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Conway, South Carolina to ask her a little about herself and her professional life.
Q: Hi, Brandi! How has being a part of the NexTeam monthly calls helped you further your professional development?
A: Taking some time to surround myself with like-minded professionals and getting their feedback on challenges or obstacles we face in real time has been immensely beneficial. The suggestions and topics we dive into allow me to leave the meetings with a fresh mindset and renewed inspiration.
Q: Let’s say there’s someone out there reading this today, interested in joining a NexTeam, but feeling a little hesitant. What would you say to them?
A: I would strongly encourage them to join us. The comradery and feeling of having a “safe space” make you feel supported and heard. It’s very rewarding to know that you have a group of others in your corner cheering you on!
Q: If you could lead a parade through your office, what kind of parade would it be?
A: If I could lead a parade through my office, the theme would be “Positive Mental Attitude: PMA ALL THE WAY!” The day is what you make it and mindset is everything. I would march through my office with confetti and candy to get that point across!
